In an eagerly anticipated launch event, Realme has officially introduced its latest smartphones, the Realme 11 Pro and Realme 11 Pro Plus, in India. Both devices offer a host of exciting features, with the main differences lying in their primary cameras and battery charging capabilities.
The Realme 11 Pro Plus steals the limelight with its impressive 200MP main camera, which supports up to 4x “lossless” in-sensor zoom. Realme has incorporated optical image stabilization and a range of software enhancements to enable the device to capture detailed photos of distant subjects. Additionally, the Realme 11 Pro Plus can create stunning 2x portraits. To enhance users’ photography experience, Realme has collaborated with Lonely Planet to provide exclusive filters through the phone’s street photography mode 4.0. On the other hand, the Realme 11 Pro features a slightly less powerful 100MP camera.
Another standout feature of the Realme 11 Pro Plus is its 100W fast charging support. The bundled charger can fully charge the device from 0 to 100 percent in just 26 minutes, while the Realme 11 Pro can charge at up to 67W.
Design-wise, both the Realme 11 Pro and Realme 11 Pro Plus share a similar aesthetic, with the primary differentiator being their cameras and battery charging capabilities. The devices are available in three attractive colors: Sunrise Beige, Oasis Green, and Astral Black. The Sunrise Beige variant showcases a unique lychee leather back and a lace-like strip that encircles the camera module and extends to the bottom of the phone. The design collaboration between Realme Design Studio and former Gucci Prints designer, Matteo Menotto, has resulted in sleek and lightweight devices, as is typical of Realme’s offerings.
Both phones boast a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, providing a smooth and vibrant visual experience. The display supports HDR10+ content playback and offers up to 800 nits of brightness. Additionally, the 10-bit panel is TÜV Rheinland certified for flicker-free and low blue light emission parameters. Biometric authentication is facilitated by an in-display fingerprint reader.
Under the hood, both the Realme 11 Pro and Realme 11 Pro Plus are powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 7050 chipset, which is a rebranded version of the Dimensity 1080 found in the Realme 10 Pro series. The devices are available with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of expandable storage. Running the show is Realme UI 4.0, based on Android 13. Fueling the devices is a robust 5,000mAh battery.
The Realme 11 Pro series represents a significant leap forward for the brand, offering impressive camera capabilities, fast charging, and a sleek design. With its competitive pricing, the Realme 11 Pro is expected to start at Rs 23,999, while the Realme 11 Pro Plus is anticipated to have a starting price of Rs 28,999.
The Realme 11 Pro series introduces a range of impressive features and advanced technology to the Indian smartphone market. With its outstanding camera capabilities, rapid charging technology, sleek design, and high-performance specifications, the Realme 11 Pro and Realme 11 Pro Plus are designed to meet the demands of photography enthusiasts and tech-savvy individuals.
